    TECHNICAL FEATURES INTRODUCTION DSS25-28 is the Direct Station Select Module of KAREL and designed for ST26, ST30 digital telephones with in the context of the KAREL DS Series exchanges. The aim of this product is to make easier for user to access other extensions, lines and some features of the exchange and also user can monitor the situation of exchanges and lines.

    Digital Telephone Sets is provided over the connection point on the ST26 and ST30 Digital Telephone Sets. Only one DSS module can be connected to each ST Digital Telephone Set. It is not possible to operate more than one DSS25-28 module over the same telephone set.

    DSS25–28 Direct Station Select Module BASIC STRUCTURE KEYPAD The keypad of the digital DSS28 module consists of 28 programmable keys in 14x2 matrix structure. Since the programming of keys are directly made through the connected ST digital phone, there is no need to make any programming or setting over the DSS module. All required settings are made through the ST26 and ST30 Digital Telephone Set.

    DSS25–28 Direct Station Select Module KEY PROGRAMMING There are 28 programmable keys and the programming of DSS25-28 module is made directly over the ST digital telephone set from Telephone Settings> Key Programming. Keys will be activated after exiting from programming mode.

    DSS25–28 Direct Station Select Module Executive Key Any extension who diverts his/her calls to user, can be assigned to that key. Extension who diverts his/her calls, could be thought as executive and priority can be given to the incoming calls to that executive. At that situation when user is on the phone, s/he can easily notice that there is an incoming call to executive and s/he can answer that call wil a single key.
