BATTERY / BATTERY CHARGER SAFETY WARNINGS
◊ To prevent the risk of electric shock, protect the battery charger from
rain and moisture.
◊ Recharge the battery only with the charger provided. A charger that
is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when
used with another battery pack.
◊ The supplied battery charger is only suitable for charging this
machine and, to prevent the risk of fire and explosion, must not be
used for charging any other tool.
◊ Before each use, check the battery charger, cable and plug for
signs of damage. If the battery charger is damaged, do not use it or
attempt to repair it. Instead take it to authorized service center for
repair, as damaged battery chargers, cables and plugs increase the
risk of electric shock.
◊ To prevent the risk of fire, do not operate the battery charger on
flammable surfaces (e.g., paper, textiles, etc.) or in combustible
environments.
◊ If the chain saw is dropped, or subjected to a hard impact, liquid can
be ejected from the battery. If this liquid accidentally contacts your
skin, immediately flush the area with water as it can cause irritation
and even burns. If the liquid contacts your eyes you will also need to
seek medical attention.
◊ To prevent the risk of short circuit, do not open the battery yourself.
◊ To prevent the risk of explosion, protect the battery from heat, such
as continuous sunlight or fire.
◊ To prevent the risk of explosion, do not short-circuit the battery.
◊ If the battery becomes damaged due to improper use, vapour may
be emitted. Should this happen, get fresh air and consult a doctor
should any respiratory complaint develop.
INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF BATTERY PACK
WARNING!
When installing or removing the battery pack, please hold the tool and
battery pack tightly. If you do not hold the tool and battery pack tightly, they
may slip from your hands and damage the tool and battery pack, causing
personal injury.
Chain installation instructions (Pic. 2)
◊ Step 1: Install the guide plate and chain into the sprocket, and
adjustthe guide plate to theappropriate position
◊ Step 2: Close the guide plate cover and install the nuts
◊ Step 3: Use a wrench to tighten the screws
CHAIN MAINTENANCE
Grinding of the chain saw
In order to keep your tool in the best condition during cutting operations, be
sure to keep the sawteeth sharp and grind them correctly.
When filing the saw, be careful not to touch the blade when pushing the file
in the direction indicated by the arrow.
After three times, the tooth target may also need to be filed down slightly.
This is because the tooth rake serves to measure the depth of the blade.
When filing a tooth knife, the tooth knife will lose a certain height due to
the characteristic curve shape of the tooth knife. As a result, the perforated
knife will become lower than the depth gauge, resulting in failure to cut. To
make up for this defect, use a flat file to grind the upper part of the tooth
target so that it is about 0.5 mm lower than the tooth tip. Be careful not to
file the tooth rake too much, otherwise the tooth knife will be sawed in one
go, causing the tool to get stuck when cutting.
Remove piled wood chips
After sawing the wood, pass the lubricating oil hole on the guide plate
groove to remove the wood chips and wood dust, etc., and clean up
the lubricating oil passage. At this time, remove the guide plate for
maintenance.
DISPOSAL

◊ Pracovní prostor udržujte čistý a dobře osvětlený, nepřehledná a
