This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of
the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no

Note: This retrofit kit is for 2-pin and 4-pin horizontal and vertical mounts and is a direct replacement for 26W 2-pin
G24d lamps: ANSI 26W/5T4/Q/G24d-d/PH. When installed as UL Type B, and the ballast is bypassed, they can also
be used to replace 13W, 18W, 26W CFL lamps with G24q and GX24q, G24d and GX24d bases (check size and
lumen output before installation).

NOTE: Please apply the lamp replacement label on the retrofit luminaire after the retrofit kit has been installed,
visible by the end user during re-lamping. Please retain stickers if installing as Type A for future use if ballast
fails and lamp installation is converted to Type B.
