This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15

Note: These lamps are intended to replace 2-pin and 4-pin horizontal and vertical mounts and can replace 26W, 32W
and 42W CFL lamps with G24q, GX24q, G24d and GX24d bases (check size before installation).

• Luminaire marking labels to be affixed to each luminaire when installing these lamps and shall be visible by the end
user during re-lamping.
The products covered in this report are intended to retrofit Type IC or non-IC recessed mount Listed luminaires with
or without a diffuser, with instructions to remove the existing trim, that use the maximum lamps and the minimum
lamp compartment dimensions are tabulated below:
