75g (3oz) light muscovado sugar
15ml (itbsp) milk
1 egg
75g (3oz) fresh white breadcrumbs
15ml (Itbsp) cocoa powder
Sauce:
lOOg (4oz) vanilla flavoured toffees
75ml ('-^pt) milk
15g {^oz) butter

1. Line
base of a 1.2 litre (2pt) pudding basin with a circle of
greaseproof paper.
2. Melt the chocolate with the milk on HIGH power for 30 secs
- 1 min. mix until smooth.
3. Mix the margarine and sugar together, add the cooled
chocolate and eggs.
4. Add the breadcrumbs and cocoa powder and mix well.
Fill the basin with the mixture and cook on HIGH power for 4
mins, or until cooked. Leave to stand for 5 mins, before
turning out.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by combining ail rrtgredienis
in a large jug and cooking on HIGH power for l '4-2 mins, or
until smooth. Stir vigorously and pour over the p>u<Jd»ng.

1. Put 'A tbsp golden syrup in the base of each ramekin,
arrange pineapple slice and cherry on top of the syrup in the
base.
2. Cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg gradually. Fold in the flour and mix to a soft
consistency with the milk.
3. Spoon the mixture over the pineapple and cook on HIGH
power for 3 mins, or until cooked. Leave to cool siightty
before turning upside down onto a se»\'ing plate

1. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until
thoroughly mixed.
2. Divide mixture equally between the ramekins.
3. Place towards outer edge of the turntable and cook on high
power for 4-5 mins, or until cooked.
