IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, especially when children are
present, basic safety precautions should always be taken, including
the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.

3. The outer surface will get hot when the appliance is operating.
4. Do not touch lid or any metallic surfaces. Machine surfaces
will get very hot.
5. Appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an
external timer or separate remote-control system.
6. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
7. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance
and its cord out of reach of children.
8. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
9. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
10. Once you have finished cooking, turn the machine off and
unplug. Leave top lid open and allow plates to cool before
cleaning. Simply brush crumbs off and absorb any excess
cooking oil by wiping with a damp cloth or paper towel. You
may clean the plates by wiping with a damp cloth to prevent
staining and sticking from batter or oil buildup.

The temperature of all surfaces marked with this symbol
will be very hot when the appliance is in use. DO NOT
TOUCH these surfaces as possible injury could occur.
Allow to cool completely before handling this appliance.
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard.

13. The use of accessory attachments not recommended or
sold by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock,
or injury to persons.
14. Do not use outdoors, or use appliance for other than its
intended use.
15. Do not let power cord hang over edge of table or counter,
or touch hot surfaces.
16. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or
in a heated oven.
17. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance
containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
18. Always begin by plugging appliance into wall outlet.
To disconnect, turn the switch to the OFF position and then
unplug from wall outlet.
19. WARNING: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE OR ELECTRIC
SHOCK, REPAIRS SHOULD BE MADE ONLY BY AUTHORIZED
PERSONNEL. DO NOT REMOVE THE BASE PANEL. NO USER
SERVICEABLE PARTS ARE INSIDE.
20. These appliances are intended to be used for commercial
applications, for example, in kitchens of restaurants,
canteens, hospitals and in commercial enterprises such
as bakeries, butcheries, etc., but not for continuous mass
production of food.
