    1. Important Safety Notes To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury when using the appliance, follow these basic WARNING precautions:  Read all instructions before using the wine cellar.  Keep children away from the wine cellar. Never allow children to operate, play with, or crawl inside the appliance.

    3. Installation Before Using your Wine Cellar  Remove the exterior and interior packaging.  Before connecting the wine cellar to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately two hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system.

    4. Operation Instructions 4.1 Control Panel Below (Single Zone) Display Windows RUN light: Compressor Indicator light. When the compressor is operating, the red light is on. If it stops operating, the red light will turn off. SETTING: Displays the set temperature. The range is between 5°C~18°C or 41°F~64°F.
  • Page 10 4.2 Control Panel Below (dual zone) Display Windows RUN light: Compressor Indicator light. When the compressor is operating, the red light is on. If it stops operating, the red light will turn off. UPPER CHAMBER: Displays the actual temperature of the upper chamber. The range is 0°C~37°C or 32°F~99°F.
  • Page 11 The cellar is intended for use under N (Normal) or ST (Subtropical) climates. The temperature inside the cellar will fluctuate and influence the refrigerating effect if the surrounding temperature is too high or too cold. Shelves Follow the sequence below if you need to pull out or replace the shelves. First, remove all the wine bottles from the shelf and pull the shelf out to the limit.

Please ensure that you lay out the wine bottles evenly. The best temperature for red wine is 11-18°C and for white wine, 6-12°C.
  • Page 13 Reversing the door swing The unit is delivered to you with the door opening from the left side (hinge on right side). The door is capable of opening from either the left or the right side. To reverse the door swing of your cellar so it opens from the right side, please follow the instructions and diagram as follows.
  • Page 14 NOTE: All parts removed must be saved to allow the door swing to be reversed.
  • Page 15 Use a sharp tool to carefully pry open the decoration nail on the top of the cabinet and the cap of door spindle (Fig 1). Open the door, unscrew the door hinge cover screw, remove the upper door hinge cover; and then, unscrew all of the upper door hinge screws. Be careful to hold the glass door firmly after removing the screws and take off the door (Fig 2).

    5. Care and Maintenance Cleaning the Wine Cellar  Turn off the power, unplug the appliance, and remove all items including bottles, shelves and racks.  Wash inside surfaces with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about two tablespoons of baking soda with a quart of water.
  • Page 17  Ensure that the appliance stays in an upright position during transport. Protect the outside of the appliance with a blanket. Energy Saving Tip The wine cellar should be located in the coolest area of the room, away from heat-producing appliances and out of direct sunlight.

    6. Troubleshooting You can solve many common issues easily without a service call. Try the suggestions below before you call. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES Wine cellar does not operate The appliance is not plugged in. The appliance is turned off. The circuit breaker tripped or a fuse has blown.
