Trouble shooting guide
NOTE (TX-903 oniy):
If a problem occurs, first operate the unit using the frant panel
controls to confirm that it is not due to a malfunction
(or worn

Cause
@ Power cord is disconnected.
® Connect power cord.
@ AC fuse blown.
® Contact Onkyo Service Center.
® Tape monitor switch on.
® Switch to off.

@® Bad connections.
@ Check input ieads, speaker leads, pin plugs, etc.

® Change the position or direction of the outdoor
antenna.
® Station is too weak.
®@ Stereophonic FM broadcasts cover only
about half the distance of monaural
broadcasts.
®@ The memory contents are lost if the power switch
is not turned on a few times each month. Store
all stations again and remember to turn the power
on a few times each month.
® The power switch has not been turned
on for a long time or the power cord
has been unplugged for a long time.
No station is recalled when a preset sta-
tion number ts input.
