Possible Causes
Detergent dispenser is not securely
in place.
Detergent Level sensor error.
System error code.
Door has not been opened and
closed for at least 3 cycles.
Door not closed.
The washer has run 30 wash cycles
and is indicating a reminder to run the
Clean Washer with affresh
Pull out the dispenser, fill with detergent, and slide it back
in place.
Touch POWER to reset system. If all detergent status LEDs
remain lit, unplug washer for 30 seconds; then plug back in.
If problem remains, remove cartridge and use single load
dispensing until problem can be resolved.
Touch POWER once to clear the code. Then touch POWER
again to restart washer. If code appears again, call for service.
Unplug washer for 30 seconds; then plug back in.
This code may occur when the washer is first turned on.
Open and close the door to clear the display.
Close the door completely.
Run the Clean Washer with affresh
with affresh

at the end of a wash cycle after running 3 more regular wash
cycle.
