Aquastop guarantee
only for appliances with Aquastop
In addition to warranty claims against the seller from the purchase agreement
and in addition to our appliance warranty, we provide replacement under the
following conditions:
If damage is caused by water due to a malfunction of our Aquastop system,

we make good the damage suffered by private customers.
This liability warranty is valid for the service life of the appliance.

A claim can only be made under the warranty if the appliance and Aquastop

have been correctly installed and connected according to our instructions;
this also includes a correctly installed Aquastop extension (original
accessory).
Our warranty does not cover defective supply lines or fittings up to the
Aquastop connection on the tap.
In principle, it is not necessary to monitor an appliance with Aquastop during

operation or to secure it afterwards by turning off the tap.
You should only turn off the tap if you are away from home for a prolonged
period, e.g. on vacation for several weeks.
