No receiver output.

' VFO is inoperative, or pin-3 system in the PD Unit is
defective.

VCO-OFF circuit in operation. (Normally 0.1V or less).
CAR does not oscillate, or CAR signal not reaching the PD
Unit.
Defective connector contact in the PLL Unit.
HET signal not reaching the PD Unit.

VFO frequency not changing. A
(VCO output is available.)

Oscillation level insufficient for each band.
Defective 1C (a'18 ~ Q20) in the VCO Unit.
Defective vari-cap in the VCO Unit.
Defective DC 5V supply (defective zener.)
VCO requires alignment.
