Ingebruikneming Waarschuwing: Elektrische installatie moet gebeuren door een elektrotechnisch vakbekwaam persoon en volgens de nationaal en plaatselijk geldende voorschriften.
Page 6 Sluit de elektroden / oplaadstaven aan op de HV uitgangsconnector (zie uitgebreide handleiding hoofdstuk 5 en 5.5). In / uitschakelen van de netspanning Inschakelen = Zet de schakelaar in positie [ l ]. Uitschakelen = Zet de schakelaar in positie [ 0 ]. Bij het inschakelen van de generator, zal de limit indicatie gedurende 2 seconden knipperen.
Page 7 Selecteer met behulp van de [ ] / [ ] toetsen tot de juiste optie knipperend in het scherm staat. Er kan gekozen wordt om de uitgangsspanning continue aan te schakelen (“Continuous”) of om via de externe hardware-ingang de uitgangsspanning remote aan en uit te schakelen ...
Page 8 Wijzigen van het Voltage Setpoint Let op: Een onnodig hoge uitgangsspanning moet voorkomen worden omdat anders vonkoverslag kan optreden bij de oplaadstaven of elektroden. Dit zal de werking en de betrouwbaarheid van de oplading schaden. Druk op de [ ] / [ ] toets. Nu zullen de actueel ingestelde waarden op het display weergegeven worden.

6. Controle op de werking Na het inschakelen van de generator knippert de limit indicatie gedurende 1 a 2 seconden. Vervolgens zal langzaam de achtergrond verlichting van het display oplichten en zal de generator kort zijn type identificatie vermelden, de firmware versie en eventuele andere aanverwante informatie.

Einleitung Diese Anleitung ist eine Kurzinstallationsanleitung für die einfache Verwendung des Hochspannungsgenerators CM5, der auf den Euro ChargeMaster (ECM) abgestimmt ist.

Inbetriebnahme Warnung: Die Elektroinstallation muss von einem qualifizierten Elektrotechniker unter Einhaltung der im jeweiligen Land/der jeweiligen Region geltenden Bestimmungen durchgeführt werden.
Page 13 Hinweis: Die Erdung muss über das Netzkabel und über das externe Erdungskabel zum Erdungspunkt am Generator erfolgen. Verbinden Sie das externe Erdungskabel mit einem geerdeten Teil der Maschine. Schließen Sie die Elektroden/Ladestäbe an den Stecker am Hochspannungsausgang an (weitere Informationen finden Sie in dem vollständigen Handbuch, Abschnitte 5 und 5.5). Ein-/Ausschalten der Netzspannung Einschalten = Stellen Sie den Schalter in die Position [ l ].

Die festgelegte Spannung und der Stromgrenzwert werden im Display angezeigt.
Page 16 Beheben des Fehlers „Too many arcs error“ (Fehler, zu viele Funkenüberschläge) Wenn im Display „Too many Arcs ERROR!“ (Zu viele Funkenüberschläge!) angezeigt wird, bedeutet dies, dass innerhalb einer Minute mehr als 10 Funkenüberschläge (Lichtbogenbildung der Hochspannung) erkannt wurden. Der Generator wird geschützt, indem in dieser Situation die Hochspannung ausgeschaltet wird.

6. Funktionsprüfung Nach dem Einschalten des Generators blinkt die Lampe der Begrenzungsanzeige 1 bis 2 Sekunden lang. Danach wird die Hintergrundbeleuchtung des Displays allmählich heller, und die folgenden Informationen werden für kurze Zeit angezeigt: Generatortyp, Firmware-Version und ggf. auch andere wesentliche Informationen. Während des normalen Betriebs zeigt der Generator die aktuell gemessenen Werte von Spannung und Strom sowie den Betriebsmodus Wenn der Generator im Normalbetrieb arbeitet, leuchtet die Begrenzungsanzeige nur auf, wenn eine Störung der Hochspannung auftritt, insbesondere wenn die Sollspannung oder der...

Page 21 Switching the mains voltage on/off Switching on = Switch to position [ l ]. Switching off = Switch to position [ 0 ]. When switching on the generator, the limit indicator will flash for 2 seconds. After 2 seconds the background lighting on the display will slowly illuminate and information will be shown about the generator.
Page 22 Connecting the external high voltage on/off control signal In order to switch the high voltage of the generator on/off via an external control refer to section 5.7 in the full manual. The main screen The LCD display provides information about the status of the generator. This information is shown via texts and symbols.
Page 23 Increase the output voltage until the desired value is reached. Then set the output voltage approx. 10% higher to accommodate process fluctuations. Keyboard lock The keyboard on the CM5 can be locked. Simultaneously press the [◄] and [►] keys for about 1 second.

6. Functional check After switching on the generator, the limit indicator light flashes for 1 to 2 seconds. The background lighting of the display then slowly illuminates and the following information is briefly displayed: the generator type, the firmware version, and in some cases other relevant information.

Branchez le câble de mise à la terre externe à une pièce mise à la terre de la machine. Connectez les électrodes/barres de chargement au connecteur de sortie haute tension (voir sections 5 et 5.5 du manuel intégral).

Page 31 Verrouillage du clavier Le clavier du CM5 peut être verrouillé. Appuyez simultanément sur les touches [◄] et [►] pendant environ 1 seconde. Le symbole « » s'affiche à l'écran. Le clavier est à présent verrouillé. Lorsque le clavier est verrouillé, il est impossible de modifier la valeur du point de consigne du générateur.

6. Vérification du fonctionnement Après la mise sous tension du générateur, l'indicateur de limite clignote pendant 1 à 2 secondes. 6. Controllo funzionale Dopo aver acceso il generatore, la spia dell'indicatore di limite lampeggia per 1 - 2 secondi. Successivamente, l'illuminazione di sfondo del display si accende gradualmente, e il generatore visualizza brevemente l'identificazione del tipo, la versione di firmware e le eventuali informazioni collegate.
