Rev. 4.21 SAFETY INFORMATION Suspenz® is very serious about safety. It is critical that you properly secure this rack to your vehicle. Failure to do so could result in serious bodily injury or property damage. Before assembly read the complete manual. Be sure that you have all the parts and that they are not damaged in any way. Do not modify the rack or the mounting hardware in any manner.

Do not exceed the vehicle manufactures rated loading for roof racks shown in the owners manual. For factory installed crossbars add the weight of these Suspenz roof racks (10 lbs. for two) to the weight of your watercraft and compare to the allowable load in the owners manual.

T-Knobs. If they do not, switch to the longer 75mm bolts (supplied). If these are still too short, contact Suspenz for 100mm bolts. After fully tightening the T-Knobs, try sliding and twisting the J-Rack on the crossbar. If the J-Rack moves or twists retighten the T-Knobs to eliminate this play.
