    Battery Pack Maintenance 1. When used at room temperature(70°F[22℃])the ba�ery range and performance is at its best;whereas using it at temperatures below 32°F(0 ℃)can decrease range and performance.Typically, at-4°F(-20℃) range can be half that of the same ba�ery at 70°F(22℃).Ba�ery range will recover when temperature rises.
  • Page 14 Storage - Do not store the ba�ery at temperatures outside the stated limits(-4-122°F[-20-50℃]). - Do not store your ba�ery in a humid environment. - Typically, a fully charged ba�ery should retain charge for 120-180 days in Standby Mode. A low-power ba�ery should retain charge for30-60 days in Standby Mode.

    Routine Maintenance As with all mechanical components, the is subject to wear and high stresses. Different materials and components may react to wear or scooter stress fa�gue in different ways. If the design life of a component has been exceeded, it may suddenly fail possibly causing injuries to the rider. Any form of crack, scratches or change of colouring in highly stressed areas indicates that the life of the component has been reached and it should be replaced.
  • Page 16 Maintenance Lubrica�on is an important part of the maintenance of scooters. The front axle, the rear axle, and some axles/bearings should bescrubbed every six months, and appropriate amount of lubrica�ng oil should be added as needed. Check the brake liningevery six months.
