The TEFAL filtration system reduces hardness, chlorine, copper and
other heavy metals, as well as certain pesticides and herbicides if
these are present in the tap water.
NOTE: the filter improves the quality of the water. The water must
be drinking water and therefore microbiologically safe (Check with
your local water authority.).
