BRAKE
warning light and the C
warning light come on at the sam e time, the rear wheels could
lock up first under hard brak ing. Lock-up of the rear wheel brakes
can cause los s of vehicle control and an accident. Have your vehicle
repaired immediately by your authorized Audi dealer or a qualified
workshop. Drive slowly and avoid sudden, hard brake appli cation .

Electro-mechanical power assist

If the indicator light illuminates while you are driving, there is a
malfunction in t he ele ctr o-mech anical st eering . If t he indicator light
is showing , there may be a reduction in power steer ing ass ist . If
t he indicato r light is showing @ , t here may be a tot al loss of power
steeri ng assist . The stee ring must be inspected immediately by a
qualif ied workshop =>

car is being towed), t he re is also no power ass ist available.
