Making Calls to Other
Countries (including Japan)
You can use the international roaming
service to make calls to other countries while
overseas.
• For information of available countries or
network operators, see mobile operator

From the Home screen, tap "Phone"

u "Dial" tab
Enter "+" (touch and hold down "0")

u country code u area code (city
code) u other party's phone number
in order
• If the area code begins with "0", remove
the first "0" when entering the number.
However, "0" may be required in some
countries and regions such as Italy.

• When placing a check mark in "Automatic
conversion" of "International dial assist",
enter a number starts from area code the
same as when you call in Japan u
u Tap "Converted number".
■ When making video call
Tap u "Video call".
Tap "END CALL" to end a call

Making a Call Domestically
You can make a call to the other party's land-
line phone or a mobile phone in the same way
as in Japan.
From the Home screen, tap "Phone"

u "Dial" tab
Enter the other party's phone

• To make a call to a land-line phone, enter
the area code (city code) and the other
party's phone number.
