3) FUNCTIONAL CHECK CLOSURE BUCKLES Check that closure buckles open and close correctly without restrictions. ADJUSTMENT BUCKLES The adjustment buckles of the waist belt, leg loops and shoulder straps should allow adjustment without restrictions. They should keep the strap firmly fixed and should only release the strap when they are manually opened.
