8.11.3 Radio as Bluetooth Transmitter

The radio can also be used as a Bluetooth transmitter.
This lets you transfer audio signals from the radio via Bluetooth to suitable
Bluetooth receiving devices.

(e.g. Bluetooth headphones.)
To begin Bluetooth transmission, proceed as follows:
Ensure that the Bluetooth receiver is activated and ready.
Press and hold the MENU button on the device or
remote control and select Bluetooth mode.
In Bluetooth mode, hold down the MENU button for around 2 seconds.
Switch to the Bluetooth Role line.
The radio will now search for Bluetooth receiving devices.
Select your desired receiving device from the Bluetooth list.
Confirm by pressing the dial.
This will create a Bluetooth connection with the receiving device.
NOTE!
Once a Bluetooth connection has been established with the receiving device,
the radio's speakers will be deactivated. The sound can only be heard via the
Bluetooth receiver in this setting.
