I received through Amazon the Niceday CT11 rear-drive elliptical yesterday that is the 19 inch. When I tried to insert the 4 screws on the vertical tube...2 of them were able to go in but the other 2 were unable to align to the threads on the other side of the tube in order to tighten them. Neither of those two screws would not stay in place to tighten. They would just fall out. Also, this was the same case with the long screw that goes into the front side. So, not sure if there is maybe a way to adjust that vertical tube in order to reach those screw holes to tighten? Otherwise what other thoughts you have or something to try? Thanks!

To adjust the vertical tube on the NICEDAY CT11 elliptical so the screws align for tightening, you may need to loosen one bolt located near the tube. This allows the tube to slide slightly, helping the holes line up correctly. Once aligned, insert all screws by hand first, then tighten them using an Allen wrench.

My data panel (mode etc) keeps shutting off even though I have not stopped pedaling. How do I troubleshoot/fix that?

If the data panel on the NICEDAY CT11 keeps shutting off while pedaling, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Auto Power-Off: The monitor turns off automatically if no signal is received for 4 minutes. Ensure that the rockers are in motion or a button is pressed to keep it active.

2. Inspect Battery: Ensure the battery is properly installed and has sufficient charge. Replace it if necessary.

3. Verify Connections: Check if all cables and connections to the panel are secure.

4. Reset the Monitor: Press and hold the RESET button to reset all data and see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues after these steps, the monitor may need further inspection or replacement.
