Inspection mode 1 5
Check voltage at locations to be
tested under standby status.
Do they show 220 V*?
Yes
With machine operated, check voltages at
locations to be tested.
Do they change from AC 220 V*→0 V?
Change
*: It should be each rated voltage.
Inspection mode 6
Check voltage accross CN1 black
and CN3 red under standby status.
Does it show AC 220 V*?
Yes
Check above voltage after wind-up
completion.
Does it change from AC 220 V* to 0 V?
Change
*: It should be each rated voltage.
Inspection mode 7
Check voltage across CN6 pink
and CN6 light green.
Does it show DC 5 V?
Yes
Rotates pulsator with hand and check voltage
across CN1 black and CN4 light green.
Does it change from DC 5 V ← → 0 V or vice versa?
Inspection mode 8
Do all water level indicators turn off
with no water filled on tub?
All turn off
Does water level indicator show a level
with water filled on the tub?
