CLEANING AND CARE

Switch off the heater and let it cool down before cleaning. Disconnect the device
from the mains power. The outside can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth and
then dried. Do not use abrasive cleaning products or furniture polish as these can
damage the surface.
To detach the heater from the wall, simply open the screw cap and unscrew the
screws. If you will not be using the heater for a short period of time, remove the
plug from the mains socket. If you will not be using the device for a long time, you
can remove it from the wall or cover it.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If your heater is not working, please follow these instructions:
• Make sure the main switch or your fuse is working properly.
• Make sure the heater is plugged in and the outlet is working properly.
• If the ON/OFF switch does not light up in the ON position, contact a specialist
company in your area.
Note: If you continue to have a problem with your heater, do not attempt
to open or repair the device yourself. This may void the warranty and cause
damage or injury. Contact the retailer.
