Please check!
* Poor radio reception and heavy noise heard when
listening to FM Radio.
- Check to see if the earphone jack is dirty.
- Check if the earphone is connected correctly.
(Earphones are used as antennas in FM Radio mode.)
- Adjust the position of the player and earphone.
- Turn off nearby electronic devices.
* The screen is not displaying normally.
- Check if the screen is dirty.

- Check to see if the USB cable is firmly connected to
the USB port of your computer. There are slight
differences in the output of the USB port.
* No sound or only noise is heard during playback.
- Check if the volume is set to 'O'.
- Check if the plug or connection jack of earphones is dirty.
- Check if the music file is corrupted.
