TO PLAYBACK A CD TO MATCH THE LENGTH OF A CASSETTE TAPE
This function is convenient when recording the contents of a
CD onto a cassette tape
WHAT IS AUTO PROGRAM EDIT?
@
This function programs the playback of that many CD tracks
{beginning with the first and progressing in order) that can be
contained within the time designated.
Press the AUTO PGM button @).
Use disc select button 15) to designate which disc
is to be programmed.
Press [4] or [>>I] buttons (7) to set the desired
tape length.
® Each time the buttons are pressed, the time setting will
change in the following order:

Unit: Minutes
Press AUTO PGM button @.
® The tracks to be recorded on tape sides A and B will be
programmed automatically, with a pause between tracks.
@ The display will first show the number of tracks and total
playing time to be recorded on tape side A, after which it
will change to show the number of tracks and total play-
ing time to be recorded on tape side B.
When the number buttons are used (PD-T505 only)
4. Press AUTO PGM button (i).
2. Use disc select button @® to designate which disc
is to be programmed.
3. Press the number buttons to set the length (time)
of the tape desired.
