Problem
The compressor does not start im‐
mediately after pressing the "Frost‐
matic", or after changing the temper‐
ature.
Door is misaligned or interferes with
ventilation grill.
Door does not open easily.
There is too much frost and ice.
Water flows on the floor.
Temperature cannot be set.
The temperature in the appliance is
too low/too high.

Possible cause
The Frostmatic function is switched
on.
The compressor starts after a period
of time.
The appliance is not levelled.
You attempted to re-open the door
immediately after closing.
The door is not closed correctly.
The gasket is deformed or dirty.
Food products are not wrapped

Appliance is fully loaded and is set
to the lowest temperature.
Temperature set in the appliance is
too low and the ambient tempera‐

The melting water outlet is not con‐
nected to the evaporative tray above
the compressor.

The food products' temperature is

Many food products are stored at
the same time.
The door has been opened often.
The Frostmatic function is switched

There is no cold air circulation in the
appliance.
Solution

tion.
This is normal, no error has occur‐
red.

Wait a few seconds between closing
and re-opening of the door.
