The requirements of the medical products law pertain to the display of a CE seal of approval
are thereby fulfilled.
This declaration of conformity becomes invalid if the products are altered without the written
agreement of the manufacturer.

ments). The testing and construction of this product conforms to a Class 1 (Appendix VII) of
Medical Product Law of 02/08/1994
