Please reinsert and make sure the
AC of 100-240 is normal
Replace X401
No power
Press power key and look if the
picture is normal

OK
Measure U702 Pin2=3.3V,
NG
OK
Check if X401 oscillate
waveforms are normal
NG
OK
Replace U401
NG
Reinsert or check the
power section
Measure CN702
OK
Replace U702
