BATTERY INSTALLATION
WIRELESS MICROPHONE
1. Lift cover to reveal battery compartment.
2. Insert "9V" battery.
3. Replace cover tightly before operating.
SPEAKER
1. Open the battery compartment cover by
unscrewing the screw.
2. Insert 4 "AA" batteries.
3. Reinstall the cover and tighten the screw.
BATTERY PRECAUTIONS
The precautions below should be followed when using batteries in this device:
1.
Use only the size and type of batteries specified.
2.
Be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the batteries as indicated in the battery compartment.
Reversed batteries may cause damage to the device.
3.
Do not mix different types of batteries together (e.g. Alkaline and Carbon Zinc) or old batteries with fresh ones.
4.
If the device is not to be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries to prevent damage or injury from
possible battery leakage.
5.
Do not try to recharge batteries not intended to be recharged, they can overheat and rupture (Follow battery
manufacturer's directions).
6.
Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged.
7.
Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
8.
Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
9.
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
10. The product must only be used with the recommended transformer.
11.
The transformer is not a toy.

A DC jack is provided for external DC power for use in a car, boat or RV. Please be sure that inside of the jack is
connected to

6V side and the outside of jack is connected to , negative side battery.

Transformers used with the product are to be regularly examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure and other
parts, and that, in the event of such damage, the products must not be used with this transformer until the damage has
been repaired.
MAINTENANCE
To ensure long battery life; please make sure that both the microphone and the speakers are set to the OFF
position when not in use. To be absolutely certain, we advise you to remove the batteries from both the
microphone and the speaker when they are not in use.

The switch on the wireless microphone has three settings:
1. ON - The switch is in the top position. The microphone will function. The red indicator light is on. The microphone will use
battery power.

MICROPHONE DETAILS
2. STANDBY - The switch is in the middle position. The microphone will not function. The red indicator light is on. The
microphone will use battery power.
NOTE:
The purpose of this setting is to maintain a connection between the microphone and the receiver when moving
around the area in which it is being used.
3. OFF - The switch is located at the bottom position.
The microphone will not function. The red indicator light is off. The
microphone will not use battery power.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When the microphone switch is set to OFF, noise may be generated from the speakers. Please
make sure to reduce the volume control to the low level OR switch off the speakers before turning off the
microphone.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
1. Set the switch on the microphone to the STANDBY position.
2. To connect another audio source (such as a Mp3 player, Discman or Computer) so you can sing along with its music,
simply connect the audio output jack to the aux in jack on the back of the speaker unit.
3. Set the switch on your speaker unit to the MIC+AUX position, or to the AUX position if the microphone will not be used.
4. Adjust the volume control of your speaker unit to a comfortable level.
Your wireless microphone and speaker set is now ready for use!
NOTE:
The wire that connects to both speakers operates as an antenna for the wireless microphone reception. It may be
necessary to extend the wire to obtain the best reception.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. PROBLEM:
The microphone indicator light is ON, but there is no sound when I sing.
a) Insure the microphone is set to the ON position.
b) Insure the speaker function is set to MIC+AUX.
c) Adjust the volume control of the speakers accordingly.
d) Confirm the speaker battery compartment contains (4) "AA" size working batteries.
2. PROBLEM:
The speaker indicator light is ON, but there is no sound when I sing.
a) Confirm the speaker function switch is set to MIC+AUX.
b) Adjust the speaker volume accordingly.
c) Confirm the microphone switch is in the ON position.
d) Confirm the microphone contains (1) 9V working battery.
3. PROBLEM:
The audio source input I am using is switched ON, but there is no sound from the speakers.
a) Confirm the microphone switch is set to the ON position.
b) Confirm the microphone contains (1) 9V working battery.
c) Insure the speaker function is set to MIC+AUX or AUX.
d) Increase the speaker volume accordingly.
e) Confirm the speaker battery compartment contains (4) "AA" size working batteries.
f) Adjust the output volume of the audio source accordingly.

Your wireless microphone contains a low power transmitter. When the EUT is powered on and it sends out radio frequency

the antenna is at least 1 inch (2.5 centimetres) from your body when you using your wireless microphone.
Use only the supplied antenna. Unauthorized antennas, modifications, or attachments could damage the transmitter and
may violate FCC regulations.
