7-5-3. Adjustment of the trimmer cam detector position

The trimmer system has origin detector (No.2) which detects outer periphery of the cam roller (No.5).
The trimmer system's home position is the movable knife standby position which described previous
paragraph <7-5-1. Adjustment of the movable knife >. According to following procedures, adjust the
detector (No.2) position.
(1) Turn the power switch off.
(2) Put the machine power on and press the home position icon from standard screen.
(3) After finish the origin movement, please check the clearance from "A" direction between trimmer cam
(No.1) and cam roller (No.5) is 0.5 mm or less.
NOTE It is necessary readjust the detector position when the trimmer cam (No.1) contact with cam roller
(No.5). In this case, movable knife position may different.
(4) Turn the machine power off and loosen the two of the screws (No.3) and change the detector bracket
(No.4) position by moving in the either of arrow direction and confirm above condition.
