(4) By rotating the shuttle hook (No.4) and stop its rotation where the rotate direction changed to clock
wise from counter clock wise viewed from the front of the shuttle hook (No.4). In this time, please
confirm if the hook edge (No.8) corresponded to the shuttle race end (No.9) as showed in below
figure.
(5) If different, remove the shuttle hook (No.4) and loosen the driver set screw (No.11) with hexagon wrench
(No.12) and adjust the driver (No.10) position in the rotating direction. After adjustment tighten the driver
set screw (No.11) and reconfirm the hook edge (No.8) position according to above procedures.
NOTE Please note that the end of the hook shaft (No.13) does not protrude from driver (No.10) face. In
this case, end of the hook shaft (No.13) prevents normal thread passing and it may causes sewing defects.
