program. You can receive the help when you are having trouble
using Samsung software.
You can access the online service for free for a certain period of
time after purchasing your computer.

region.
If Online Support(S Service) is not installed, select

the Start button ( ) → Microsoft Store ( ) and,
search for S Service to download it.

Select the Start button ( ) → All apps → Online
Support(S Service).

Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
This step appears only when the app runs for the first
time.

Select Online Talk on the main page.
Select Please enter the details of your inquiry., enter your
inquiry, and then select Request.
