  • Page 9 Operating Instructions Controls OVEN FUNCTION CONTROL The oven function control knob is used to select the different functions. Each is explained in detail. To select a function, turn the control knob to the desired oven function and then set the temperature with the OVEN THERMOSTAT CONTROL The oven thermostat control knob is used to select the desired temperature for cooking.

When the oven is first connected to the power supply, the symbol “A” and “00:00” or “12:00” will flash on the display. Press the “MODE” button for 2 seconds to deactivate keylock. The dot in the middle of the screen will start to flash.

Prepare the food for cooking and put it in the oven. Select the desired cooking function and the temperature using the control knobs.

You can set an end time of up to 10 hours after the current time of day. Prepare the food for cooking and put it in the oven.
