Inbox and Other folders
Your phone has the following folders
in the
E-mail
menu:
Inbox
for saving e-mails that you
have downloaded from your e-
mail account.
Other folders
contains the
folders:
Drafts
for saving
unfinished e-mails,
organising and saving your e-
mails,
Outbox
for saving e-mails
that have not been sent, if you
have selected
Send
"Writing and sending an e-mail"
on page 31, and
saving e-mails that have been
sent.
Deleting e-mail messages
To delete e-mail messages, press
Menu, and select Messages, E-mail.
Press Options, and select
messages.
• To delete all messages from a
folder, select the folder, and press
Yes.
• To delete all messages from all
folders, select
All
press Yes.
Deleting an e-mail from your phone
does not delete it from the e-mail
server.

Voice messages

The voice mailbox is a network
service. For more information and
for your voice mailbox number,
contact your service provider.
Press Menu, and select Messages,
Voice messages
and
messages
to call your voice mailbox
at the phone number that you have
saved in the
Voice mailbox number
menu.

Info messages

With the
Info messages
service you can receive messages on
various topics from your service
provider. To check availability, topics
and the relevant topic numbers,
contact your service provider.

Service commands

In this menu you can send service
requests to your service provider
(network service).

Deleting messages

To delete all messages from a folder,
press Menu, and select Messages,
Delete
messages, and the folder
from which you want to delete the
messages. Press Yes, and if the folder
contains unread messages, the
phone will ask whether you want to
delete them also. Press
Listen to voice
network
Yes
again.
