You can avoid breaking into your car
by not leaving inside the vehicle any
expensive or otherwise attractive
objects.
The XOMAX car radio unit is provided
with a detachable control panel.
Each time you leave the car for a rela-
tive long time detach the panel and take
it with you. In this case the unit would
be useless for a potential car thief.
Detaching the panel

Press the
release-button on the
REL
panel to unfix it.

Push it slightly to the left to lose the
holding element on the right side.

Swing the panel up.

Place the panel into etui and take it
with you.
We recommend you strongly to store
the panel in the supplied etui to avoid
any damages or soilings and to keep the
contacts clean.
Basic functions
Unit on/off
Press the
button to turn the unit
/OPEN
on. Keep it pressed for ca. 2 seconds to turn
XOMAX
it down.
To slide the monitor out and stand it up or
into the monitor slot, press this button.
Insert a microSD card
Insert a micro SD card into the slot with
the label side upwards and the pin side
downwards.
Make sure that the card is intact and
dirt-free.
Insert a USB flash drive
Insert an USB flash drive proper into a
USB plug.
Do not insert any heavy or big USB
flash drives in order not to hit it
accidently - it could cause damages of
the USB plug or USB flash drive.
