    1.0 Tool Overview Battery Cutting Tool that can be operated remotely via a Bluetooth connection using the BTC2 remote pendant. ✓ When used in conjunction with slot together or telescopic operating rods the tool can be used for cutting applications at height.     4.3 Pairing remote control pendant 4.3.1 Insert Battery With the yellow tool collar already fitted, insert a fully charged battery to the tool. 4.3.2 Press the remote pendant advance, then confirm on screen. Within a 2m radius of the tool, press the forward button on the remote pendant.

    Remove the yellow tool collar • Insert a fully charged battery • Operate trigger momentarily to activate tool – Klauke logo will be visible on the screen • Scroll through user menu and select ‘CURRENT USER’ . Depress both buttons either side of the screen until the selection is highlighted.

    4.6 Releasing the cutting jaws To open the cutting jaws:- Either • Press the rocker switch on the pendant to the back position (image) with a single-click movement • This will operate the release valve within the tool and the blades will return to the home position.
