If, during the Warranty Period, a component in the Product fails because of a manufacturing defect, Eccotemp will repair, replace, or refund the Product to the Owner at Eccotemp’s sole discretion and as determined to be appropriate by the Eccotemp Support Team. Can't get hot water from my water heater
Your Eccotemp L10nr water heater may not be producing hot water due to the following reasons:
1. Altitude – If you are operating the water heater above 2,000 feet, efficiency and performance decrease by 10% for every 1,000 feet above this level.
2. Gas and Water Knob Settings – Ensure the gas knob is set to maximum and the water knob is adjusted lower towards minimum to allow the water to heat more effectively.
3. Incoming Water Temperature – If the incoming water is too cold, the heater may not reach the desired temperature. Adjust the hot and cold knobs accordingly.
4. Sediment Buildup – Unfiltered water can cause scale, lime, or rust deposits, affecting performance. Flushing the system with a descaler may help.
If the issue persists, additional troubleshooting or maintenance may be needed.
