Solutions
Remove the toothbrush
from the charging dock
Plug into the charging dock
to charge the toothbrush

Turn off Bluetooth when the
toothbrush is not used
Plug into the charging dock
to charge the toothbrush
Reinstall the toothbrush
head
Remove the toothbrush
head and remove the object
Enable Bluetooth on your
phone and control it via the
Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app

to the phone
