Cylinder head bolt
Tighten all the cylinder head tightening bolts evenly in the tightening order to 30 N·m (3.0 kgf·m, 22
lb·ft). Remove the one bolt according to the tightening order. When doing so, do not remove the other
bolts. Retighten the bolt to 15 N·m (1.5 kgf·m, 11 lb·ft), and then tighten it further to reach the speci-
fied angle (60). Remove the remaining bolts one by one in the same manner and retighten them.
Finally, tighten all the bolts to reach the specified angle (60). Total tightening angle: 60 + 60 = 120
(The first and second time, be sure to apply molybdenum disulfide oil to the bolt threads and seats
as well as to both sides of the lock washers.)
