Solution
Insert the power plug and be sure to press
the Power button.
Lift up the steamer head vertically and straighten
the Hose, to make condensate water backflow.
Fill the water reservoir with water.
Attach the water reservoir and hose to the power
base correctly.
Close the cap correctly .
Straighten the hose.
Lighten the weight loaded to the fixing hook
(less than 2 kg).
Do not bend the hose.
