2.4 Connectors and Switches

Thermal Alert Connector
To modify the operation of the motherboard, jumpers can be used to choose between optional
settings. Jumpers create shorts between two pins to change the function of the connector.
Pin 1 is identified with a square solder pad on the printed circuit board.
Thermal Alert LED
A thermal alert LED is located at LED3. The yellow LED indicates there is a thermal alert.
Refer to the table on the right for the LED status. Refer to page 2-1 for the location of the LED.
