Spirent C1 and C2 Installation Instructions System Description Powering up the SPT-C1/SPT-C2 Press the power button on the front of the unit (Figure 19 on page 21) to turn on the appliance. The typical boot time is two (2) minutes. Package switch times (switching from Spirent TestCenter to another product, or from another product to Spirent TestCenter) and firmware upgrades take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Rack Mounting Considerations • SPT-C1 appliance requires 2U of rack-mount space (roughly 4” high x 10” deep x 13” wide). A rack-mount kit (ACC-0030) is available separately for revision D and later appliances. Refer to Spirent C1 Rack Mount Kit Instructions (PN 71-009585).
