of the water heater, unless it is specifically
recommended in this manual.
For all other service, contact an authorized
technician or licensed professional. Improper
adjustments,
alterations,
maintenance may lead to property damage,
personal injury, or death and will void your
warranty.
Do not operate the water heater if you feel
something is wrong with it.

the water heater.

fail to shut off, turn off the manual gas valve
to the appliance.

to inspect the appliance and to replace any
part of the control system and any gas control
which has been under water.
