5.4 Ignition
Check if the water discharge is closed.
Fill the vessel with water to the relevant mark. Turn on the main
switch upstream of the appliance: the green indicator light (pos. 2
fig. 6) come on indicates that the appliance is on.
The switch has 3 working position (pos.1 fig. 6):
POS. 3
bringing to temperature (max. power kW 7.5/4,5);
POS. 2
cooking (2/3 power, kW 5/3);
POS. 1
keeping warm (1/3 power, kW 2.5*/1,5*).
To turn the appliance off, turn the switch to position "0".
5.4.1 Emptying the vessel
The user should place a special container under the discharge.
The bowl should be heat-resistant.
A bowl with these requisites is available separately as an optional
extra from our sales department.
Operate the water discharge lever following the arrow direction.
Note*
Power of 2.5 and 1,5 kW (Switch in position 1 = keeping
warm) is for connection at 400 V/3N.
For connection at 230 V/3, the power becomes 1.16 and 0,70
kW.

5.5 Cleaning and taking care of the machine

Never clean the appliance with jets of water, whether direct
or pressurised!
Never clean the appliance before it has cooled down.
Rinse the surface with clean water and a soft cloth to get rid
of all traces of detergent.
When finished using the appliance, it should be cleaned tho-
roughly every evening. Cleaning the appliance daily guaran-
tees perfect long-term operation.
Before starting to clean the appliance, disconnect from the
mains. The surfaces and steel parts should be washed in warm
water using a neutral detergent. Avoid using abrasive or cor-
rosive detergents which could damage the steel.
