Bosch eBike dealer.
This indicator appears when the
SmartphoneHub is connecting to
the smartphone.
The completion of the Bluetooth®
pairing is indicated by means of a
check mark against the small
smartphone symbol.
This indicator appears whenever
the SmartphoneHub is in recovery
mode (only in this status can new
software be installed). The small
Bluetooth® symbol indicates the
connection to the smartphone.
The completion of the recovery
operation is indicated by a check
mark.
Your operating system is non-
functional for the following rea-

one of the following actions:
– Press the "Start" button in the
COBI.Bike app.
– Turn the smartphone into the
horizontal position while the
COBI.Bike app is open.
– Press the + button on the oper-
ating unit.

The update can only be carried
out by an authorized Bosch eBike
dealer.
The indicator can be hidden by
pressing any button on the oper-
ating unit. The indicator appears
during every eBike system start-
up until the update has been car-
ried out. You can still continue to
use your eBike without restric-
tions. The number at the top on
the right will indicate the number
of notifications.
