    SAFETY AND RESIDUAL RISKS MANUFACTURER Zirkonzahn srl, Headquarters Italy – 39030 Gais – BZ, is the manufacturer of the Face Hunter and is referred throughout the Operator’s and Maintenance Manual as Zirkonzahn. GENERAL INFORMATION This Operator’s and Maintenance Manual is an integral part of the Face Hunter and must be kept in a place known to the operator and easily and immediately accessible at all times.

    Intended use The Face Hunter is an optical scanner for capturing faces in 3-D and for taking 2-D images on the basis of which the planned restoration is then positioned and modeled.

    From the moment of delivery, Zirkonzahn grants a warranty of 12 months for the equipment. If the Face Hunter is passed on to third parties, the warranty obligation is recognised only if the passing on occurs within the set warranty period of 12 months.

    CHAPTER 7 37 37 REPAIRS AND TROUBLESHOOTING REPAIRS AND TROUBLESHOOTING DETECTED FAULTS If malfunctions or defects are detected during the maintenance of the device, these must be remedied before the renewed start-up, in order to ensure a trouble-free and safe operation. Defects, damages and malfunctions must be reported without delay to Zirkonzahn or to the service under their guidance or in accordance with the Operator’s and Maintenance Manual.
