Settings required in the HEIDENHAIN control:
After installation of the QAN 260 L, permanent changes in the machine parameter list and,
if necessary, entries in the motor table have to be made in the HEIDENHAIN control.
For more information, refer to the Technical Manual of the respective HEIDENHAIN control!
If you have any questions, contact the machine tool builder or HEIDENHAIN.
1. Press the EMERGENCY STOP button.
2. Switch on the main switch of the machine.
3. Do NOT confirm the “Power interrupted” message at the control.
4. Call the machine parameter list.
5. Call the motor table of the HEIDENHAIN control.
6. Assign the new entry QAN-260L-8000 to the machine parameter “Type of motor” (MP 2200.x),
in which you have changed the motor.
If the entry of the new motor is not available in the motor table, either load the current
motor table to the control

7. Exit the machine parameter list.
