USED MACHINE LIMITED WARRANTY

1. Used equipment is sold AS-IS WITH ALL FAULTS, and is sold without any express or implied warranty

provided by the Company or any of its agents unless stipulated to in writing under the special warranty

section immediately following this section.

2. The Company Disclaims:

All warranties of title or the Company's right to transfer the goods;

All warranties that the goods will be free from security interest, liens or other encumbrances: and

Any warranties relating to the Buyer's undisturbed possession of the goods. These

disclaimers apply whether the warranties arise under California Commercial Code

section 2312(1), from expressions of the

common law. The Company assumes no responsibility for defending whatever interest is

conveyed.
