  • Page 15 Installation steps: Note: The power supply needs to be turned off during wiring / installation Wiring Because the wiring position of this product is on the back, the wiring must be comple- ted before fixing the charging station on the wall. First install the sealing strip, as shown in Figure 3.

CAT5 or CAT6 cable can be used as network cable, and the network cable is crimped with the network cable connector.

The maintenance cycle may be subject to changes according to the standards and regulations of the country where the charging equipment is installed and operated.     10.2. Specified Use SunPower Drive has a nominal current rating of 32A. In some households, the maximum rating of the main grid connection point is not enough to support this load in addition to the normal household loads. In such a case, an additional monitoring and control layer is required to ensu- re the continuity of the electrical distribution under all conditions (blackout protection).

  • Page 31 The communication between the Peak Controller and SunPower Drive happens via an Ethernet / LAN cable. This can be a direct connection to the EV Charger, or via the local network. The same Ethernet Port used for Internet communication on the back of the charger is used for the communication to the Peak Controller.
