To prevent mold growth, leave the door open slightly, blocking it open if necessary. Se�ng Temperature is Allavino Wine Cellar has a wide enough temperature range to store red, white, or sparkling wine, depending on your preference. Different varietals of wine require different temperature se�ngs. Red wine is generally stored between 50 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit, while white wines are stored between 40 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit. -

The Allavino Wine Cellar has 5 shelves that can hold up to 9 bo�les each and a bo�om shelf that can hold 6 bo�les for a maximum bo�le capacity of 51 bo�les. The maximum capacity can be reached with many different bo�le sizes and is only affected when adding in larger Pinot or Champagne bo�les. -
