I have used this steam mop successfully, but only for a few times. It is now flashing red. Can you help please?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE • For better results, sweep or vacuum your floors before using the Steam Mop. • The Steam Mop is safe on all sealed hard floor surfaces like laminate, bamboo, vinyl, hardwood, marble, tile and stone. WARNING: Your Steam Mop is for cleaning hard floor surfaces that will withstand high heat. You can use the Steam Mop to clean laminate floors, as long as there are no gaps where moisture can penetrate.

Place the Steam Mop in an upright position, the head will lock into position so it remains upright and then fill the water tank. Plug in and switch on the Steam Mop at the socket. All the lights on the display panel will illuminate and flash once.

1. Put water mixed with white vinegar at a ratio of approximately 1:2 (about 300ml) into the water tank. Long press the togglebutton for about 3 seconds, and the product will automatically enter the descaling mode. During cleaning, the Lakeland logo and on/off icon will be illuminated and the descaling icon will flash.
